The Promoter
The promoter is UK Debt Expert Limited, a company registered in Scotland (Company Number: SC382881) with its registered office at 5th Floor, Regent House, 76 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 1NQ.
The Promotion
2.1 The title of the promotion is “Refer a Friend”.
2.2 Any client of the Promoter who has received advice from UK Debt Expert is eligible to participate in this promotion. The client (Referrer) will receive a £50 One4All voucher for each valid referral. A referral is considered valid when the referred person (Referee):
(i) completes an initial advice call with the Promoter; and
(ii) receives an email containing a summary of their advice (Personal Advice Statement).
2.3 A Referrer may make a maximum of one referral every six months.
How to Enter
3.1 To enter the promotion, the Referrer must share their unique referral link provided by the Promoter with their Referee. The Referee must use this link to register for advice.
3.2 Only the Referrer who shares the link is eligible for the voucher; the Referee is not eligible for a reward under this scheme.
3.3 The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Eligibility
4.1 This promotion is open to all existing clients of the Promoter who are UK residents and aged 18 or over, except:
(a) employees or contractors of the Promoter or its affiliated companies;
(b) agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the promotion; and
(c) immediate family members of the above.
4.2 The Referrer must confirm their eligibility to enter and may be required to provide evidence to claim the reward.
4.3 Joint submissions or referrals on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
Claiming the Reward
5.1 The Promoter will contact eligible Referrers within 30 days of meeting the referral conditions.
5.2 The voucher cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of the Referrer.
5.3 If the Promoter cannot contact the Referrer, the reward will not be issued.
Limitation of Liability
6.1 Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data Protection
The Promoter will process personal data in line with its Privacy Policy.
General
8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
