5* and v. Informative but they do have an end game in mind. Allowed a 100% online/WhatsApp message process all the way through up until the possibility of a DMP because it is a third party company that offer that side. This company can do IVAs themselves without a phonecall and that I suspect is their end game from the wording and messaging over IVA compared to the other explanations they provided. So be aware if an IVA is a bad option for you. However If you cannot deal with the typical forceful/anxiety driving phone call of budgeting and debts with a company for debt solutions this company is a great way to atleast assess your finances, automatically pull up your credit and show you them to confirm, go through a non-committed budgeting option e.g. If at the end of the budget the agent says you have £1k left to pay debt but that is far too much they won't treat you like a liar or hold you to what you said in the previous messages and will give advice such as "you only allocated £x to Y, this is rather low on average should we allocate more for that?" To adjust your budget and get down to a sensible figure. They do scrutinise your online banking though non -judgementally but you may face some curveball questions about your regular transactions. After about 3-4 hours of piece-meal message exchange and a budgeting plan the WhatsApp agent clearly and concisely explained all solutions one by one to me and asked for my thoughts on how I understand the benefits/cons of each one to ensure I grasped it properly. They told me about the legal 5 options of which 2 were available (a DMP or IVA) and offered both of these but explained DMP would need a phone call where as IVA can be done entirely online. They clearly explained the damage an IVA can cause but they appear to favour this option. Despite an agenda and me wasting 4 hours of an agents time to not proceed with anything the agent was happy to help and explained they are there for any on going debt advice rather than being angry for not completing a "sale". Good experience and despite not taking our a product i was happy with the service.

I can’t fault this service at all
I can’t fault this service at all. I first put through an enquiry online and unlike other companies who call within seconds UK Debt Experts asked when I was available and did not pressure me into taking any call. I was put through to a lovely agent called Isaac. He was friendly and understanding throughout each time we communicated. I never felt like I was being interrogated and pushed to answer or continue into doing anything I was unsure of. Communication was easy and I was giving access through WhatsApp to ask any questions at any time which Isaac would respond back to within a short time. He’s help and support while I was going through such a stressful time in my life was everything and after everything was completed I felt like the weight of the world had been taken off my shoulders. I couldn’t recommend this service enough and I would honestly recommend anyone who is going through financial hardship to seek advice and support from UK Debt Experts. Thank you so much Isaac and your team for all your support! What you have done for me truly has been life changing.

I got in touch with uk debt expert quite late in evening after having bad news over my debts ! I was contacted first thing next morning and was only dealing with Craig Whitfield which I appreciate dealing with same person ! He didn’t judge me or make me feel awkward and a solution was put in place within 24 hours ! Highly recommend this company and please if your looking for a solution to your problems please try uk debt expert ! Don’t feel nervous to place a call
